# Remove a line item from a payroll run

`DELETE /api/payroll-run/{id}/items/{itemId}`

Authentication: no security requirement declared for this operation.

Parameters:

- `id` (path, string, required)
  Type: string

- `itemId` (path, string, required)
  Type: string

- `organizationId` (query, string, required)
  Type: string

Responses:

- 204: The line item has been removed.

- 404: Record not found
